The Hovercraft is an inflatable whitewater board that excels at surfing river (and ocean!) waves, exploring remote creeks, and giving you a completely new way to find your flow state. It's approachable on day one, but will give you years of progression as your skills and imagination grow.

How it Works

The Hovercraft's patent-pending Grab Wings™ let you ride a smaller, more responsive board without sacrificing stability. Instead of floating high above the water, you ride connected to it, making carving, surfing and freestyle maneuvers feel more intuitive. The same platform adapts to the way you want to ride, whether standing, kneeling (C-1) or seated (kayak).

Choose Your Size

Unlike most paddlecraft, the best Hovercraft size depends on both your weight and how you plan to ride. If your goal is maximum freestyle performance, you'll generally want the smallest board you can comfortably ride. 

120L Hovercraft

For surfing powerful river features or paddling freestyle in the seated (kayak) or kneeling (C-1) position, this board will give incredible performance for paddlers up to 175 lbs.

If your primary goal is standing while learning or playing in smaller whitewater, we recommend the 120L for riders up to 150 lbs.

150L Hovercraft

For training in the standing position, the 150L is a more of a versatile, all-around "river runner" style board for riders up to 175lbs, and a freestyle whitewater board for riders up to 215 lbs.

For riders over 215lbs or for paddlers who want more or an expedition / gear-carrying style craft, we offer a different model, the Carver (188L and 226L).
