the saddle plate takes M6 x 16mm socket cap screws (included) which mount directly to any of the riverskate's multiple screw insert positions. use the allen key (included) to position the saddle near the middle of the craft for dedicated c-1 / canoe style paddling, then re-position out of the way for standing / sup sessions at a playspot.
the thigh retention system is a simple and safe 1.5" webbing strap with a single quick-release buckle that can be instantly pulled for easy removal. the thigh straps are simply threaded through the riverskate's existing D-rings and can be passed through the grab handles as well for additional strength.
