the flow lab is open
riverskate is a modular platform exploring new approaches to whitewater, surf, and water progression. through adaptable outfitting systems, experimental fin configurations, and rider-led exploration, we’re testing how standing, kneeling / c1-style, and adaptive setups can open new possibilities on the water.

your whitewater Jedi training craft
riverskate is a first of its kind whitewater freestyle SUP.
its small size and low volume yet radical secondary stability makes any size rapid, wave, even flatwater into a magical realm to train and explore.
prototyped as a low-volume 'squirtboard,' riverskate is the first SUP capable of linked vertical maneuvers like cartwheels, traditionally performed in a playboat.
after more than a dozen iterations, our r + d led to the integration of grab wings (patent pending).
this innovation fundamentally increases secondary stability while enabling proper body positioning and bracing with your feet and knees across multiple paddling stances and riding styles.
the result is a craft that feels connected to the rider in a completely different way than traditional inflatable whitewater boards.
this makes the riverskate an ideal platform for learning whitewater fundamentals, while also giving experienced paddlers new ways to train, surf, experiment, and explore the river.
and as our collective of riders has grown, so has the platform itself.
through adaptive outfitting systems, experimental fin configurations, kayak + c1 conversions, and rider-led modifications, the flow lab continues exploring new approaches to adaptive surfing, freestyle, whitewater technique.
what began as a freestyle whitewater concept is evolving into a modular platform designed around creativity, experimentation, and new ways of moving on the water.
